My internet browser doesn't support many websites, such as Facebook and Myspace, as well as programs like Limewire and Ares. I'd like to know if there's something that can be done.

What does your desktop icon say? Or what program do you click to bring up your browser?

Have you loaded the latest Microsoft updates?

If you haven't you might want to do that, and let it install the latest version of IE when it prompts you.

Also, have you checked your security setting under Tools > Internet Options? Is your security setting set to high? You'll find in under the Security Tab > Custom Level.
