When ever I attempt to start up my computer, a menu shows up asking me what type of operating system I want to use.

    1): Earlier Windows Version
    2): Windows Vista
    3): Windows Recovery Console

How do I make it stay as "Windows Vista"?

And whenever I login as my name, the only thing that shows is my documents folder, and I exit out of it, nothing else shows.
I have to use the Task Manager, and then run explorer.exe through the run command to get it to start up.
    How do I fix this?
