I have written some VB code in Microsoft Word 2003 to make some day-to-day tasks quicker, and attached a self-signed certificate to allow me to bypass the Macro Security warning box.

I have now placed the Word template in a network location (on a domain, not a workgroup), so that colleagues can use it also. They are unable to trust the self-signed certificate (the tick-box is greyed out), and they have to click "Enable Macros" every time they open it.

Is there any way to allow them to bypass this security warning box, without setting their macro security level to low?
