I formatted and re-installed xp home for the 2nd time in a wk. I found this thing once about putting your wpa.dbl file on a floppy & using it so as not to have the hassle of calling microsoft etc. I have gotten to the part where I re-named the folder wpa.new & put the floppy in the drive. Now it says to copy the old wpa.dbl file back into the windows/system32 folder & reboot. What are the steps to copy it to there? I tried to dbl click on it in my computer and it won't open.
