I just hooked up my intranet at home and I cannot view most websites. I'm getting a message that I have to enable Java Script and Cookies. I tried to go to java.com and download java but I am now getting a message that is telling me

your current security setting prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result the page may not display correctly

also I went to the msn tech support info and the way that they are telling me to go to my settings is not working. they said to go to tools, internet options, secutity and custom level however the custom level tab is unavailable for me to push can you help me???

Try setting all of your Internet settings back to defaults. From IE, go to Tools-->Internet Options.. and click the Defaults button on the following tabs: Security, Privacy, Programs, and Advanced. Then close the IE window and try to go to the site again.
