I posted a couple of weeks ago regarding a problem involving a stolen IP address. By the way thanks for the help. I have called my internet provider (Comcast) repeatedly regarding getting a new IP address. I have spoke with many techs, a supervisor and a manager of the supervisors. I have been assured I would see progress within a few days to immediately. Needless to say it sill has not been changed. I am feeling frustrated and at the mercy of my cable internet provider. Does anyone know who or where I should go next?

Thanks for help

My suggestions...

Call back and speak with that same Manager. Once you get that person demand to know they're supervisor's name and how to contact them.
If that doesn't work, get that Manager's name, direct extension and direct email address and call them every single day until something is done.

You may also want to report them to the Better Business Bureau in that state.
