C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

I get this error when I hit install.. the game is Sim City 3000 Unlimited. I also ran tweak-now registry cleaner... and still I get the same error... anyone know what I can do?
