I am trying to reboot my computer. I have the reboot disk. It asks to select a number 1-3. When I choose 1 it says I have serious problems in my c drive. When I choose 2 or 3 the A:/ prompt comes up and I don't know what to type in. What do I do. I am very frustrated!! Thanks for any help you can give me.

Ok let me put it this way and maybe I am not sure what you are doing but if you got a message telling you to reboot. That mean to restart the computer. You do not need a disk to reboot.

Believe me you are not the first one to learn this. I learned it the same way. Now if this isn't what you need to know you will have to explain it in more details.
