If this is impossible to do, it's not a big deal, but just in case...

There's agirl I went to high school with that is now an amateur model. I think it's neat that I know her, and she knows me - we aren't friends really, more just two people who shared some classes together back in the day.

On one photographer's website, there are a few pictures of her that I'd love to save to my computer (not for duplication), but when I right click on them, a little box pops up saying 'Image copy not permitted'. Is there anyway to get around that?

    Thanks,
    William

Use "print screen" which will capture an image of the screen which you can then paste into a blank document using any image editor (or even Word).

You will need to crop the image to get rid of the web page though, and it will be relatively low resolution.

Hold on, that is illegal---that image is copyright and obvously the photographer to the time to do so. It is not meant to be copied without permission. Contact him.

    Thanks!

I just pasted it into Paint, and then saved into a file on the C drive. I'm thinking of calling her up and hiring her to do a shoot with my car for a national magazine.

    Thanks again,
    William

Sorry, I hadn't read the second reply before posting. Not to be nit-picky or anything, but aren't the copyright laws centered around profiting from copying media? It's not a huge deal, like I said, I'll probably hire her myself for a shoot.
