I have been trying to download Turbo Tax on my computer. It tells me that I need 137 MB. I have compressed, and disk scanned to clean up my C drive and it tells me I have 140 MB. My computer still tells me that I need 137 MB and will not download the program. I have deleted several files out of the C drive. What can I do? I have used this program for 3 years and this is the first time I have had a problem with it. I have a Packard Bell Computer.

clean up the cache on your system... it may be responsible.

On IE ...Go to tools & internet options... click on delete temporary files & then click the square to eliminate temporary internet files as well when it pops up
