    I Have Win 98se On Start Up I Get A Fatal Exception Has Occured Od 2007:00000316. When I Run Step By Step It Freezes Up At Turbovcd.vxd. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It seems like a Rockwell modem driver. Start the computer in Safe Mode and Remove the Modem from the Device Manager. To reach the Device Manager right click on My Computer and select Properties.
