Turn off hyperlink warning in Excel 2003

I like to use Excel hyperlinks to create an index to info in My Documents. I get really tired of the warning: "Hyperlinks can be harmful...Click only on trusted...Do you want to continue?"

Is there a way I can turn this off?

That's a setting in Internet Explorer, I think. You'd probably be better off to save it as an HTML file. That's what I do. It's on my desktop.
