turning off info 'bubbles'

    In Windows Explorer, when you move your mouse over a given folder or file it always brings up a bubble that shows the file's date created, size, etc. Is there a way to turn these off? They've always annoyed me in every OS I've had (not just Vista). Note that these are not the same as tooltips...I'm not really sure what they're called, I guess 'file info bubbles' or something.
