TVtuner for XP

I just put in a WinTV tv tuner. I was just wondering if there is built in software for it as is the case with many other things. It said it installed correctly and everything just not sure which program to get it rippin. Or maybe if you can give me a link to a good program that will work. Thanks.

I now have Video, because I downloaded the program that goes with it, but I can't seem to get audio. I am using the Hauppauge WinTV Capture. There is a hole on the capture card that says Line Out, So I tried it there and plugging it into the sound card but neither seem to work.
