tweaking ram compared to adjusting the voltage

    what is the difference between tweaking the ram ang augmenting the voltage? is augmenting safer? or riskier? thanks.

    In my opinion, changing voltages is much more risky than playing with the timings. Tighter timings will usually give a noticeable speed boost, and is pretty easy to do. Voltages can be really tricky, and dangerous.
