I have a Micron PIII 450 that will not start up by itself. What happens is I will first be prompted to enter tab for post or esc, then after I post it will almost start all the way then I get two beeps and an error that says something about the Motherboard PCI and IRQ not configured. It will also say enter F1 to start. After all that it will start just fine.

Any suggestions?

Look in your device manager and see if anything is bammed.
I recently found a downloadable program that would check your system. I'll search around for that, probably was a post I read here. :) The download was not the full program but the full version was only $10.00 if that rings a bell to anyone.

Thank you for your reply,
I just want to add that the message I get is..."IRQ not configured- PCI on motherboard bus:00, Device: 0C, function:00."

Has me stumped.

And thank you for the Happy Birthday!
