We have a Dell desktop with Vista and an internal modem on MSN dial-up, yes it's slow. My wife has just purchase a Toshiba netbook with Windows 7 for use at work and meetings. She plans to occasionally use it at home. We will NOT be networking the computers or using the internet simulataneously. What would be the best method and how to connect? Wireless or hard wire is okay. How do I set-up the netbook for MSN? Can I use the same disc I used on the desktop or would it be one application only? Thanks for any info, just wanted good advice ahead of experimentation.

If the Toshiba has an internal modem, I'd just configure it for your dial-up ISP.
