I had a question for you guys. I went into task manager and was looking at the processes on my computer. I noticed that there were two csrss.exe applications running. When I look at the other computers with Windows 7 they only have one. I read that there is a csrss.exe virus where the virus clones itself to look like the csrss.exe but its not. Could one of these be a virus? When I looked at properties I both are connected to C:\Windows\System32. I do have two hard drives also I don't know if that would matter.

I have two of those files as well. My single hard drive is partitioned into two. I assume there is one for each hard drive. I am not having any problems.

Multiple instances for csrss.exe will be listed in Task Manager if "Show process for all users" is checked. One instance for the NT local account service, plus one for each logged on user accout. It is not related to the number of hard drives you have or how they are partitioned.
