I have read over a post of someone who was having a similar problem and noted that someone answering my question would find the information i will post after my question helpful. so here goes...My first question involves running iexplorer...i get a message after running it for a while (typing in a diff addy) iexplorer has caused an error in USER.EXE. how is this fixed iam by no means a "computer guy" so youll have to explain in plain english lol. My second question was I have a program called Easy CD Creator installed on my computer for a burner. The program is also known as Roxio Easy CD Creator. I run the program and continue to burn a CD but about halfway thru the burning process the program stops and i get a window that says: EasyCDCreator has caused an error in ACMWRAPPERV2.DLL. then i hit close and another one pops up saying an error in KERNEL32.DLL. i also occasionally get CREATOR.DLL. pop up too. as i said i dont know much about this stuff and im wondering if the same problem is making these things happen. well here is the Startup List i got for my computer I hope this helps. please let me know any helpful info...thank you

those BHOs are bad, i know that.
get rid of them with spybot s&d.
security.kolla.de/

and unless you meant for these to be there, i would delete them too-

thank you for your help kerri ann, unfortunately i downloaded the program you referred and my computer wont let me use it. i keep getting the blue screen with system busy message on it...i have to restart my computer then. ive tried it numerous times but keep ending up with the same result. im thinking its a result of those files being on my computer. is there any other way i can go into my computer and delete those files you described? (running windows me)

if the download for spybot s&d was completed, and all you need is an installation, then try doing this:
sart your computer in safe mode- hold down the ctrl key on your keyboard as soon as you start your computer, and before it loads windows, it will give you the safe mode option screen. select the option for safe mode, then when it loads (everything will be funny looking and big) open the start menu, select run, then type msconfig.
clear all items under the startup tab except statemgr.
then, close this window, and restart when prompted.
this should load your computer alot faster, so now you'll want to attempt again to install spybot.
if this still fails, post to let me know and we'll try something else.

i ran the spybot and it had a number of files that needed to be fixed. i fixed them then restarted my computer as it said. then i ran my burner to see if it had fixed my problem and i was surprised to see that it hadn't. it got almost to the end of the burning process and then an error window came up with ACMWRAPPER.DLL. cam up...it closed the program (didnt complete the cd) im unsure about my iexplorer errors being fixed as i have not used my computer enuf yet...but if it occurs again i will surely post my problem....any advice about this error? also after it closed the program another error window came up with CREATOR.DLL. in it. any advice? thank you
