    Hello,

Is is possible to use two operating systems on the same computer? Specifically Windows Me and Windows 95.
I have a very old game that will not work on Me, but will work
on 95. I have access two both operating systems, but would like
to know the best way to set up if possible so as to not cause any
problems with the system. Any help would be great!
    Thank you!

    Rand Al'thor,
    Welcome to TSG!!

    Here's what Microsoft says...
    Dual Boot

    Hope that gets you started!

    :)

Thank you for the quick response!

Based on the article sounds like I can not duel boot Windows 95
    and Windows Me :(

But it sounds like I can duel boot Windows XP and Windows 95 :)

Found some additional sites for products used for mutiple OS

    http://www.v-com.com/product/sc2_ind.html

If I understand the info about this product correctly I can have
Windows 95 and Windows Me on the same computer and boot
    one or the other?

    Thank you

    V-COM ... System Commander ...

okkk .. there are 2 concepts for mulit-boot ... one uses primary part of hard disks, lets like 8 or max so diff OS, depending on how many hard disks you have installed ... other copies critical files for each OS, lets about 128 diff OS ...

System Commander is latter ... will let you boot to ANY of the OS you want ... ohh, they have patent, are ONLY one with that ability ...

You can dual boot windows 95 and windows me but its more of a hassle than its worth usually.

If it is a very old game (i.e dos maybe?) have you tried downloading (or making) a windows 98 boot disk and running the game from the c:\ prompt?

Worked for me on a few games and is much easier than making windows 95 and windows me play nice.
