two questions

    1. i use xp and have a folder named "xerox" containing the sub folder "nwwia" both folders have nothing in, and i just wondered what they are ther for, i have also noticed this file on several other computers.

    2. what does ctfmon.exe do i have this in my startup list running form windows/system32/ctfmon

    xerox is just a folder which comes standard with xp......like the "my music" and"my videos" folders,i know the latter 2 cant be deleted normally,windows will just recreate them,not sure about xerox ive never tried.;)
