I'd say you're pretty well covered. Some will add the NoScript extension to Firefox, but it's a lot of configuring... Not for beginners, nor for users who don't like hassles. A good ad blocker like yours, or Adblock Plus block malware domains and ads which are often themselves a vector for malware.
I look at it this way. Anti-Exploit is real time, and it protects browsers from getting hit. Anti-Malware is not real time, and it is after-the-fact cleaning. I think it is always better to be able to stop an attack in progress.
