This is related to my previous thread.

There is a Kernel 32 problem with Ulead and Microsoft Picture It Publishing on my friend's computer. eg, I'm creating a cover page or something, and I save it. It saves fine. THen when I go to exit the program a box comes up saying that there's a problem. If you keep clicking "ok" or the close (X) button, it keeps appearing and it wont go away even if you click it like 3 billion times.

How do I solve this problem?

    Hiya

If you can post the startup list after running Spybot, that would be great.

Also, you say its a kernel32 problem. Can you post the full error message? If it has a Details button, click that and copy/paste the contents here.

Have you tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the programs?

    Regards
