For some unknow reasonalyl but this pm's mail has disappeared.

    Good Day,
I hope somebody can help me.

I have been working on my Yahoo email account most of the afternoon. About 1 hour ago I went back into it and to my horror discovered all but this afternoon emails had disappeared.

I have been able to access the emails on my Samsung S8 Android telephone however I can not get them on my Lenovo ideapad 710S. I suspect this is something to do with settings however, I have no idea how to solve the problem.

I would be grateful of any help.

    Thank you

What errors do you get on your ideapad and what software are you using to access it?

    Thank you for your reply.

Please excuse my ignorance. I am not overly IT literate.

I can open my Yahoo Mail however, as you can see from the attached screen shot any and all mail from yesterday afternoon and beyond is missing.

Thank you for your your help.

I have just used a different search engine - Bing rather than Chrome - to log into my yahoo mail. I can see all my historical emails. Does this point to some sort of setting issue in Chrome. I have been having several problems with Chrome settings. Would it be better to uninstall Chrome all together and reload a fresh application?

I have been having some problems with google generally. I added a few extensions and I thinks these may have cause some problems. However, I have now removed them all.
