I use the free AOL email. For the past two days, I have tried to edit my contact list, but when I press "Save" to correct my contact info, I receive an error message: "Server Error. Changes not saved. Try again.

Do you have more than 5000 contacts? That's the only thing I can think of.

Hmm I don't use AOL so I cannot confirm any troubleshooting steps. Have you tried their support?

AOL is owned by Verizon. Good luck trying to get any decent help from Verizon!! I speak from lots of personal experience.

AOL and Yahoo are now called OATH under Verizon's domain.
Subsidiaries: Yahoo!, AOL, HuffPost, BrightRoll, EdgeCast, Weblogs, Inc.

Note: I have never used AOL email. I have used Yahoo since 1999.
