I have an LG 27UK600 HDR Monitor, and I'm trying to install the drivers for it. I tried using the disc provided and that didn't work. When I went to pull up the Set-up installer, I got an error message that read "No INF File found in the current directory," and another followed with "Installation failed - GetMonitorInfname()" (though I'm unsure if those last two characters are actually parenthesis). I am using Windows 10. Google isn't much help, so if you have any advice or know what to do, I would greatly appreciate the help!

You should not need a monitor driver. Why do you think you need to install this driver; what problems are you having?
FWIW I do not think I have used a "Monitor driver" since win 95.

According to its support site, this is the download link for the driver for the LG 27UK600 27" monitor.
    http://gscs-b2c.lge.com/downloadFile?fileId=ifkleDRt7CDRdd7doOXCvw

It's in .ZIP format, so you need to download and save it inside an empty folder.
After that's done, extract/unzip its contents inside that same folder.
After that's done, double-click the "Setup.exe" file to install the driver.

Note: That monitor was designed for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, so the driver may not install in Windows 10.
As you were advised in post #2, monitors are "plug and play" and normally do not require the install of a third-party driver.

Most monitor drivers are just a small ".inf" file and their only function is to provide Windows the actual monitor brand/model information. So in Device Manager, you will see "LG 27UK600" instead of "Plug and Play monitor". They aren't required and don't change performance.
