unable to install microsoft flight simulator on windows 10

hi all.
i have a dell inspiron 3551 . laptop specs as under.
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3540 @ 2.16GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 55 Stepping 8
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 3978 Mb
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics, -2042 Mb
Hard Drives: C: 446 GB (363 GB Free);
Motherboard: Dell Inc., 0CMF7W
Antivirus: Windows Defender, Enabled and Updated.
i have read the system requirements for fsx and it meets the requirement.
when i try to install fsx the dvd1 gets installed properly and after putting dvd2 after sometime i get this error.
Error 1722.There is a problem with this Windows Installer
package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as
expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
after clicking ok on that i get.
Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation.
Consult Windows Installer Help [Msi.chml or MSDN for more
information.
what to do to solve it?.
this is a clean install of windows 10

I tried installing the sp2 version not from Steam it works on my desktop with the same version of windows 10

Does it come with a CD-key? / tried redeeming it on steam?
I think that your second dvd is damaged..

i had purchased in 2010 ya it came with a cd key.
i will try redeeming on steam but i dont think it will work as it was a old purchase.
i have made iso of both the dvd and am installing from it.
i will try installing from hard dvd now.
