Unable to load any att.com pages

    I have provided the TSG info first,
    Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version
    OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium , 64 bit
    Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II Dual-Core M300, AMD64 Family 16 Model 6 Stepping 2
    Processor Count: 2
    RAM: 3838 Mb
    Graphics Card: AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 , 256 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: Total - 275285 MB, Free - 143472 MB; H: Total - 953867 MB, Free - 63030 MB;
    Motherboard: Gateway , SJV50TR , Rev , LXWGH02036948B23A62200
    Antivirus: AVG Anti-Virus Free, Disabled

    I noticed that it states virus scan is disabled. Because I was trying to eliminate any issue.

    I am unable to load any AT&T, or att.com or any page that tryes to load any att.com page. like www.wireless.att.com.

    I cannot ping as well. I also tried to ping which also did not answer.

    What gives?
    I am at my wits end.
