    Hello -

I am unable to print to any of my printers when I am using any of my web browsers. I can print fine from Word, Acrobat, etc. I am using Windows 7 Pro on my desktop computer. Thanks. Peter Glass.

When you try to print with a web browser what are the choices for printer, and which one(s) have you tried?

Exactly what steps do you do and exactly what happens? Any error messages?

The only printers I have are the ones I use: Brother MFC-J430W and Canon iP7200. Sometimes I right click on the web page or email I want to print, and then click on "Print". If there is a "Print" button on the screen, I will click on that. Both these methods of printing have worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. There are no error messages. A normal print screen will come up, but the printing process never starts.

OK. I have half a dozen or so options, and sometimes "Send to OneNote" or efax or something else I do not intend becomes the default and I'm "lost" until I notice the change. I would prefer that my only choices were my actual printer and CutePDF.

    I don't have any suggestions.
