unable to quit the internet

Hi guys i hope you can help with this one, i seem to have picked up a virus that microsoft essentials is blocking but i am unable to close the internet as normal. i have to do control alt delete. the virus i have is as follows win32/Ramit.AF. the computer is also trying to boot up something from teh old style floppy disk driver (light shows and loading noise sounds every 20 secomds or so). i have done a Hijack scan and the results are below.

if anyone can help i would so much appreciate it.
