    Hi there

My Excel workbook is just over 5 MB. I'm now getting a message that says "Unable to read file". What is going on here. Is there a limit as to the size that Excel can open up?? Is it a memory problem?? I don't think the file is corruped. Please help

Typically with Excel versions prior to 2003, up to about 50 MB files were possible (depends on the formulas used), so its not a file size issue.

Its more likely to be a file corruption.

What version of Excel, running on what version of Windows?
