unable to save info to cdr disk

    How do I save files on CDR drive . IE I would like to save files on it due to files getting lost on 3 1/2" disks, I think because of age. please help. thank s don

    Which operating system?

    If its XP, just drag and drop the files on the CD drive from within Windows Explorer.
    A message will pop-up telling you that there are files waiting to be written to CD. Pop a blank CD-R into the drive and follow the prompts.
