Unable to Set Graphics Mode

    Please help me to resolve the error of "Unable to set graphics mode" to play certain games.
    The specs of my laptop as follows:

    Antivirus: Quick Heal Total Security, Updated and Enabled

    What's the model name and complete model number of that HP laptop?

    What's the part/product number(P/N) on it?

    What Windows version originally came in it?

    HP Pavilion G6-2226TU - it originally came with Windows 8.
