Hi, I am unable to transfer files to my external 1TB hard disk.

Facing problems with transfer of a few video files. Tried to transfer them one by one (average of 1GB or less) does not work as well.

It will show the transfer time but it does not progress at all. I can't access the internet as well when I make the transfer. Browser status will show loading cache. It freezes my computer when i try to close the file transfer. I can only force shut down when I try to end the file transfer.

windows xp home edition version 2002
    service pack 3
    IntelĀ® Core™2 Duo CPU [email protected] 2.20GHz
    2.2ghz, 2gb ram

My external hdd is 1TB Buffalo CE10TU2.
    Using google chrome.
Only antivirus is AVG. Installed but i don't run it.
    No firewall.

    Can anyone help? Thanks.
