    Hi.
I have my work email on my home laptop and 1 of the email addresses we use keeps getting mail returned which has never even been sent, the email is to a person who used to work for the company. the emails are arriving every 2 or 3 minutes of every day, so you can imagine there are loads to get rid of every day. any ideas how to stop this please.
we are using webmail, and thunderbird

    Thanks.
    Mike

Are you using distribution lists that still have the former employee included?

Just check the content and subject of the mail. See if these are incoming emails to you that is getting auto-forwarded to your former employee. You can also check your Forwarding options in your webmail settings or ask your admin to check the domain email forwarding settings.

    Thanks bkmgy.
I will try these things and see how we get on, webmail isn't the friendliest of emails to work with.
    thanks for your time.
