is there any chance to undo this action???

i really need the old file...and also a new one.

    Use Edit>>Undo in the application.

so you overwrote a file, not edited a file?

You need to be more specific, we cant guess.

You must have saved the cut/paste at some point. You need a data extractor program. If you do not save any additional files, you have a chance to extract the file. Norton Disk Doctor is an example of such a program. I will check for a free program for you.

    ok. i'll be more specific.

first, i downloaded picture from sd card to notebook.
then i cut and pasted them to USB key
and finaly from USB key to desktop computer and overwrote old picture with same name...

i've tried with this program but did not found any of that deleted files

    any idea?

Did you remove the picture from the SD card? You would have the original still there.

i've already checked. at this moment i'm running recovery file software on notebook. i think it's last chance to get overwriten picture back.
the point is that i had the old and new picture on notebook before i moved them with USB key to desktop computer.
what do you think about that? do i have any chance?
