When playing 3D games on my PC, system reboots unexpectedly
in the middle of game. Had this problem with more than one
    game.
    anyone know why?

We need more details. What is the new of the game and the version you are using? What is your PC configuration? A make and model would be nice. What OS are you running and service packs have you installed. Did this problem exist in a previous OS, and what was it?

The thing that kills me is I have a problem with HALF LIFE FREEZING my rig....

    500Mhz Win2K Pro
    Voodoo3 2K
    500+ MSDRAM

When I get up to go do something for a few minutes I come back and I have to RESET sometimes... Sometimes if I use Task Manager, I go back into the game and the only way to fix an error that I get saying video is not compatible or sumtin like that, then I have to re-boot to fix the 2nd problem, but I still have the 1st problem of FREEZING...

Let me know if you can ever get yours working solid....
