unhandled exception

when i load windows i am getting two boxes that pop up the first says there is an unhadled excetion at 100016b8 and after closing that one a second pops up that says that the pgmntr has created an elegal opperation or sumthin like that it isnt causing any noticable problems but how do i stop these problems. please help

Have you uninstalled any programs or deleted any programs lately? Do you have a current anti-virus and firewall installed? How about some system information so we know what we are dealing with?

I received these two e-mails from flegel. Being new you may not know how this works. Post any comments to this thread by clicking the post reply buttom at the bottom of the page. This way anyone that may be able to help can also reply here. I will see if I can e-mail the program to you unzipped. Maybe some-one will pop in here with a link to an unzipped startlog.

sorry when i downloaded that file it just showed up with no file association so i cant open the downloaded file but ya i am running norton anti virus 2003 but i have no fire walls and i have recently installed a few games and this hotbar thing that allows you to put backgrounds and animations into your emails but other than that theres not much i could tell ya otherthan i am running win 98 so if you have any ideas i would greatly appreciate the help and thanks for helping

sorry i found out that for some reason i didnt have a winzip or relatd program so i got one and the file is missing a dll so it still didtn work lol ah well sorry to bug ya
