In other words, you will not have a display with XP because there are no drivers.

Why do you want to downgrade that Acer Aspire One AOD270 series netbook from Windows 7 Starter 32-bit to Windows XP?

    ----------------------------------------------------------

There are probably Windows XP drivers for its audio and ethernet and wireless and touchpad devices, but as Liz already said, there is no Windows XP driver for its Intel GMA 3600 graphics device.

Its driver downloads site has support only for Windows 7 32-bit, so you need to stick to that operating system in it.
