I use Windows XP SP 3 on my 5 yr old HP laptop. There are 2 programs I no longer need. Casino Master and Masquee Casino Game Pack. Neither has built-in uninstall feature. They are not shown when I check Control panel/Add-Remove Programs. (n)
Free version of Revo uninstaller doesn't show it either! (n)
Windows Explorer/program files does not show them!(n)
When I click Start/All programs/ Either software, it opens.

I believe they don't take much hard drive space. But, it is annoying that I cannot get rid of them.
What should I do without messing my computer?

    Thanks for suggestions.

If you right click the icon for the game and select "open file location" it should take you to where it is located.
There may be an installer in there :)

If it's older software, it may not register itself with the Windows uninstaller. If you look in the folder where the program files are installed, you may a program file named "unwise.exe". This is will be the uninstaller program for the software package.

if centauricw's advice doesn't work out for you, then here is a last resort for you to try:

Go to start/all programs, then right click on the icon for the software you want to get rid of, and go to properties.
In properties window, click on "Find Target".
This will open the folder the program is in.
Highlight all of the files in this folder, and press delete, it will probably ask if you are sure you want to delete it, just press ok.

After you delete all of the files, close the folder.
Now go back to start/all programs, and right click on the link in the programs list you want to get rid of, then go delete. This will delete the link in the programs list.
Now it will be out of your way, and you can forget about it.

You can also visit the programs website and browse through their FAQ or type a useful word in their search box relating to your problem.

Thank you all. Tommo's suggestion worked. Boy, these 2 programs were designed for windows 3.1 and 95!!! what was I thinking?

Anyway, they are gone, and I am happy.

    thanks again.
