When uninstalling programs that are no longer needed, is it necessary to remove anything associated with it in the registry? Thanks.

A lot of uninstalled programs will leave a leftover folder in the C:\PROGRAM FILES folder. You can delete those.

Note: If you have multiple programs installed from the same company, such as Adobe or Logitech, make sure to open that folder and delete only the sub-folder that pertains to the program that was uninstalled.
