As wonderful as WordPefect is, it sometimes gets corrupted in WIN98SE environment and needs to be uninstalled and re-installed. This was a very complicated and time consuming matter. Now do it in seconds by downloading -Windows Installer Cleanup Utility- which works for any program installed w/ Windows Installer;(a floppy will do):

The download only take 1 minute or less.

What version of WP are you running? Also, when re-installing is a key required? If so, I have to hunt for mine. If not, that saves a lot of hunting time. My version is 7.

This version never used the Microsoft Installer, therefore, there is no need for the utility.

For your product key, open WP or QP and do help>About. The resulting screen should give you the key. But then, the WP7 suite does not require the key to install.
