I run Windows XP2E. I tried to uninstall Print Master through Control Panel-Install-Uninstall.
It started normally and then just stopped. I have tried reinstalling Print Master, but it says that it detected a Print Master program and that I need to uninstall it before I can reinstall it. The folder is still in Programs but the program won't run. I backed up my Registry and run my Registry Cleaner Program. This didn't help. I'm a little nervous about going into the registry. Also I don't think that the problem is in the Registry. Is there a safe way to uninstall this program? It doesn't have its own uninstall. I have thought about just deleteing the entire folder in Programs, but afraid that I'll mess up something. Would apprecieate any help anyone can give me. Thanks in advance.

Reg Seeker is a very aggressive registry cleaner. By default it does make a backup. Of all the registry cleaners I have used, it is the one that most often causes problems. Be forewarned that you might very well need to replace that backup. Others have also posted having similar problems.

    Easy Cleaner is less aggressive.

And also, RegCleaner 4.3.0.780 - the last freeware version available.

Thanks Guys for the info. I finally did what I should have thought of first. I went to Broaderbund site and found directiions about manually uninstalling Print Master 12.
Sorry about the double. I must have messed up somewhere. Will do better in the future.
    Thanks,
    Rob
