I am uploading just a few of the screenshots that I have in a couple of the bug reports to maybe help make this a little more clear and understanding what I'm going through my roommate and I go through the exact same thing there's three people in the house and only two of us are experiencing numerous problems with our Android devices..... I had attempted to upload some files maybe help someone understand what I'm going through but I keep getting a security block so I'm going to keep attempting to get the reports in the screenshot Screenshot_20190103-132116_Samsung Experience Home.jpg Screenshot_20190103-193119_Settings.jpg uploaded to this site

I have exhausted all the options that are in that direction I have emailed Samsung Yahoo Google and have spent countless hours on the phone with McAfee via TMobile and T-Mobil tech support specialist and no one can see to find any type of direct cause do if there's any thing that anyone can do to help I would greatly appreciate it my phone when I downloaded my Google data it is shows that something interacts with my operating system nightly every night in between 2 and 3 a.m. and updates with my operating system. No one can seem to help me or my roommate or they just flat-out think we're absolutely crazy
