My laptop has been misbehaving lately (taking a long time to startup and to shut down), and yesterday, I came home to one of those blue screen messages saying the computer had to shut down, and in the analysis it lists the cause as "Unknown device driver" To my knowledge, I haven't installed anything suspect lately. Any ideas as to how I can identify this driver?

    Thanks!

When I run Unknown Device Identifier, there appears on the list "Unknown Device". How then do I go about identifying this device?

Also, the stop error I get on tbe blue screen is 0x00000024. Any literature I've found on this error seems only to apply to Windows 2k. Any thoughts?
