unknown email

    My whole family have recieved an email from bj-trade.....it shows all the addresses from our hotmail accounts........does anyone know anything about this company and how they get said addresses
    concerned ......Dorcas

    Thx for reply........I too looked on Google but it didn't answer my question ..how did it get all my addresses...........???
    and all the other members of my family's addresses

    and should I be worried?

    Email addresses are harvested all the time. Why this particular
    company has all yours is anyone's guess. Did you ever use them
    for anything in the past? Did you use some company that does
    distribute email addresses (check companies privacy statement
    to find out details)? Or possibly just spam and nothing more?

    thnx again........doesn't ring any bells.....never heard of them before........will send it to spam box and hope that is the end of it :)

    spammers get email addresses just as easily as you or I would open a paper phone book & get an address.. label it spam.you definitely will be getting more spam but just click it as spam & don't worry..It's like getting junk snail mail, throw it in the garbage.
