Does anyone know what the "58eac39" folder is or the "funny file above that is? When I tried to delete it form my "temp fies", (%temp%) it would not let me delete it. I went into one of them, and erased all the infor in the notepad, then it let me delete it. It said something about stopping the transfer. thanks.

Restart your computer before deleting temp files.
Doing that insures that none of them are currently in use.

You can then delete everything in:
    %temp%
    c:\windows\temp
(assuming Windows is in the C: drive)

Thanks, I've done that, but I still don't recognize the file name, just looks suspicious. Thanks again, I'll consider this matter closed.

You should consider running a malware app like Malwarebytes if your unsure if the files are safe. You should be aware that lots of malware protects itself in ways that just deleting files will not correct.

If it opened in Notepad then it could have been a log or cookie file. The text you deleted should have held a clue to what it's about.

    A screenshot might be helpful.
