That seems like an adapter that converts a 20-pin main power connector to three different power connectors, propably for use on older (way older) motherboards.

the first two pics are of a modem, with a serial connector on it. I am not sure what bus it uses, it has a short connection so it could be an AMR modem. The third pic is a power supply adapter, it converts an ATX to an AT power connector, the small connector looks like it would be for a floppy drive, or power switch. the fourth looks like it is a stereo audio splitter.

Hehe, the fourth is, I guess, a photoshopped image, related to this person's other recent thread. :D
Ya got punked! Look at it closely, how the two pairs of splits are identical, and how the wire splits quite unnaturally. ;)
