Solved Unknown problem

I recently upgraded my BIOS but it went well. I'm stumped can anyone help with this ? my computer was built by me about 2 years ago, now it sometimes says it ran into a problem and has to shut down ?

In order to understand better what we are dealing with here, please download and run the TSG System Information Utility on the affected PC, and then post the results back to this thread.

Are there any error messages and codes associated with the screen when it tells you its ran into a problem? If so, would you be able to either write them down and post here, or perhaps take a picture on your phone and post it here?

yes there was, I followed the message and it said something about a kernel blockage. I finally found the problem ( I think ) no problems in 2 days now. It was

I think I found the problem, I noticed it said I had a kernel blockage and I found I had 2 different antivirus programs running. I don't know how that happened but I removed one of them and everything has been working great ever since then . I do want to thank you for the help, I could have been really stuck on that. Thanks Locholmonder.
