Hi, Norton antivirus tells me i have bloodhound virus, I understand this is what it says when it doesnt know what it is?

    Information given is:

    Object Name: C:\Windows\tmprbf07a.exe
    Virus Name: Bloodhound.w32.ep
Anti-virus could not repair the file

Can someone please have a look at my hijack log and see if they recognise anything?

    Thankyou very very much.

    Download the Hoster from here:
    http://members.aol.com/toadbee/hoster.zip
Run Hoster and press Restore Original Hosts, OK, and Exit Program

Print this and boot to safe mode
    Fix these with HJT

    View Hidden Files
Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab.
Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files".
Now click "Apply to all folders", Click "Apply" then "OK"

Delete these files - be VERY careful of the spelling!!!!!!!!

    C:\WINDOWS\svchst.exe

    Delete these folders

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking

Just wondering a couple of things guys:

    1) I do use p2p software sometimes, but should I still delete all the p2p stuff?

2)Secondly I am just a bit curious about the Hoster program - what is it, what is it doing when it "Restores original hosts". Just out of curiosity
